Andrew Chan
Board Member
Andrew has been a Board Member with the BC Borstal Association since 2019 and served as the recording secretary from 2019 to 2023. He is a member of the Executive Leadership team with the Vancouver Police Department and has over 24 years of professional experience in the Criminal Justice Industry. Andrew has worked collaboratively with public and private industry groups to support individuals who have been impacted by trauma throughout their lives. With extensive managerial experience working in the Public Sector, Andrew possesses a variety of executive skills including Human Resources Administration and Critical Incident Response Management.
