He has a strong commitment to social responsibility and has worked with marginalized populations through non-profit organizations. Ruban holds a bachelor's degree in technology, a postgraduate certificate in human resources management, and a master's degree in labour studies, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. With his expertise and passion for social responsibility, Ruban has an understanding on the importance of trauma on individuals and communities. His collaborative nature and ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges would be an asset to the organization.
